We at BionsDesignCo are working to make our site www.bionsdesignco.com accessible to people with disabilities.

Terms & Conditions

All services are subject to availability and approval following enquiry and/or discovery.

  • Project fees are determined based on scope and communicated prior to confirmation

  • Work will only commence once payment terms and contracts have been agreed

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and required assets

  • Timelines depend on project complexity and client responsiveness

  • BionsDesignCo reserves the right to decline or terminate projects where necessary

  • All creative work remains the intellectual property of BionsDesignCo unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • BionsDesignCo reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes

Further project-specific terms will be outlined within individual agreements.

Engagement Process

All project-based services (Website Design, Packaging, Custom Visuals) require a paid discovery call (£150).

This session is used to:

  • Understand your brand and objectives

  • Assess scope and requirements

  • Determine alignment and suitability

The discovery call is non-refundable and required to proceed.

Completion of a discovery call does not guarantee project acceptance.

Following the session, all enquiries are reviewed internally.
A decision will be communicated via email.

If approved:

  • A formal contract will be issued

  • Scope, timelines, and deliverables will be defined

  • Work will not commence without a signed agreement

Each project is quoted individually based on its specific requirements and complexity.

Payments & Refunds

All project payments are non-refundable once confirmed.

This includes:

  • Deposits

  • Full payments

  • Any additional agreed work

This reflects the allocation of time, expertise, and resources to each project.

For digital products, including Signature Stores:

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations are provided once access has been granted

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information

  • Supplying required content and assets

  • Responding within reasonable timeframes

Delays in communication may impact project timelines.
