All enquiries begin with a scheduled discovery call. Availability is shown upfront, and the session is confirmed at the time of booking. This ensures every project starts with clarity, alignment, and intention.
Following the discovery call, selected projects receive a formal proposal. Once approved, clients are onboarded through contract and payment, with access to a dedicated workspace to manage communication, feedback, and progress.
We develop structured design layouts for each page, defining the visual direction and user experience. Designs are presented for client review and approval, ensuring alignment before moving into build.
Approved designs are translated into a fully functional website within your Shopify store. The build timeline is guided by the scope of the project, with most websites delivered in up to 10 days — refined, tested, and ready for launch.

The discovery call is a strategic conversation designed to understand your business, goals, and project requirements. We discuss your vision, priorities, and desired outcomes to determine alignment and the most effective path forward. All website enquiries require a discovery call.
Calls are booked through a structured process where you select a date and time, complete a short form, and confirm with payment. The fee reflects the time, preparation, and expertise involved, and helps ensure the conversation is reserved for serious enquiries only.
Once purchased, your Signature Store is delivered as a downloadable ZIP file via email, complete with clear instructions. The store is uploaded directly to your Shopify account, giving you a fully built five-page website in minutes. What you see is exactly what you get, ready to use, customise, or launch as is. Please note, Signature Stores are exclusively designed for Shopify.
The Academy offers a growing library of video tutorials covering areas such as AI, branding, and Canva design. Members also gain access to our community space, updates on upcoming events, and opportunities to register for exclusive giveaways. Content is self-paced, allowing you to learn and apply at a rhythm that suits you.
